I am a strategic and innovative leader with 20 years of experience in the public and non-profit sector focused on building partnerships, strategies, and teams across a range of areas in the education and workforce space. Having worked for organizations large and small including Rodel, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Texas Education Agency, and Educate Texas, I’ve had the opportunity to create and launch exciting partnerships and strategies focused on creating better opportunities for black and Latino students across the country. I’m passionate about harnessing the power of teams to create more sticky and sustainable solutions to our hardest problems.
