Because of my decisiveness, my clients can get on with their business.I am past Chair of the Construction Law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. I am also a past board member of the Minnesota chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies and I currently serve on its membership and professional registration committees.At a recent seminar I spoke on the subject of "Liability of Practicing in Other States." I recently published an article in Minnesota Defense magazine entitled, "Engineering and Construction Innovations, Inc. v. L.H. Bolduc: New Developments in the Construction Anti-Indemnity Statute.”
