Built Postini's support program from the ground up. Started with 2, ended with 30. Designed and implemented call center solutions, case management, set service processes and procedures. Consistent 97% customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsible for all corporate IT activities - network, security, servers, business solutions, desktop support.

Managed organizations of up to 30 employees - line managers, software developers, writers, production editors, webmasters, CD specialists, and support personnel responsible for print and electronic communication with Apple's global Macintosh developers. Created a cohesive team that could adapt quickly to changes in customer and business needs.

Managed several IT organizations, mostly focused on desktop productivity. Email gateways, directory search, desktop forms, and other productivity solutions. Last position was managing Apple's world wide internal desktop support organization (direct team of 30, extended team that included representation from most Apple's workgroups).
