Assists in reconciliation of vendor billing discrepancies. Oversees the provisioning of trunk and facility orders; coordinates circuit installation between vendor and Operations personnel; and tracks status and escalates to insure timely completion of orders. Maintains accurate circuit inventory in XNG; determines capacity requirements; and initiates orders. Communicates to ensure regional capital budgets and equipment planning cover forecasted requirements. Prepares job aids and tools that document internal methods and procedures.

Planning, forecasting, development and maintenance of resources used in complex local (CLEC) and (MTS) network. Responsibilities include facility and trunk forecasting, identifying needs and initiating requests with Lucent Technologies to add and or rearrange 5ESS equipment/peripherals, including but not limited to AIU, PSU/PH-4, DNUs, IDCU, PIDB/DPIDB, ISLU2, NCT-2, SM, AM, CM memory in host and remote SM2000s and EXM2000s.
