Current•Oversaw daily operations including shop and field work, in addition to production and planning efforts in providing SATCOM, ISP, radio and system administration services for 1000+ end-users in mission-critical environments. •Spearheaded the installation of a Joint Operation Center which included the planning, implementation, maintaining, and troubleshooting of network, radio systems, and computer hardware capabilities in direct support of 1000+ personnel. Fully optimized and tested to provide real-time communications support across 40 countries, finishing the project 1 week ahead of schedule. •Trained 24 team members in assessing and mitigating security problems and vulnerabilities to ensure 100% compliance amongst employees. •Maintained operations-critical communications by completing 16 wall-to-wall inventories with zero discrepancies while coordinating the inventory and transfer of 8873-line items of communications equipment.•Manage and troubleshoot IT devices, supporting 250 customers through software and hardware upgrades, file access management, application support and trouble ticket creation and monitoring.•Supervised the re-imaging implementation for over 600 workstations enhancing security and removing vulnerabilities and eliminating threats across the network.•Championed the transfer of $20M in communications equipment, completed 1K IT related trouble tickets, and created 300 accounts for incoming Iraq personnel while leading 8 members and 2 contractors through an assignment cycle.•Guaranteed satellite communications capabilities across Iraq with 100% network stability and communications reliability by managing 3 enterprise networks for 400 personnel and secure and non-secure data communications.
