Part of a team of 3 that delivered energy performance goals well above kW target and kWh target.Assigned to review and approve all commercial and industrial retrofit, HPNC and audit applications. This was through the development of processes and check to ensure that the applications were correct and complete before final approval of incentive.Assisted in the creation of new Conservation First Framework budget and targets, this was completed through the collaboration of consultants, other utilities and the IESO.

Achieved a 2 million dollar budget reduction in year 2010 and 2011. This was done through the development of conservation culture and ideas throughout the campus with employees. Co-ordinated and supervised various conversation projects from 6000 replacement lamps in the library to VFP controls on 3 450Hp motors. Conducted campus wide audits of 250 mixed use buildings, from residential to animal hospitals.

Day to day design of heat transfer products for automotive companies.Successfully implemented Dana Canada wide engineering data management system for all CADmodels and drawings.Supported and maintained Unix/Windows environment for CAD workstations.Worked on continuous improvement, six sigma and lean manufacturing projects.Part of the patent team for Hydrogen Fuel Cell valve designs.
