The cumulative physical plant included over 7,300 acres, 1,400 buildings with over ten million square feet, and approximately 25,000 major equipment items. It reached final completion in July of 2000. National Instruments Building C design through constructionBuilt primarily to house NI’s research and development engineers, this $38 million, eight-story Austin project includes 384,000 SF of new construction and a new multi-level parking garage. The building’s ground floor has multi-functional meeting, training and dining facilities and the upper floors feature open office furniture systems, collaborative interaction areas, meeting rooms and support spaces. It reached substantial completion in May of 2002.HEB Grocery Company Disaster Recovery Center design through constructionThis $3 million San Antonio project includes 16,000 SF of new construction for a one-story tilt-up concrete and steel frame building that houses a back-up Data Center with supporting office space.
