Project Manager
CurrentMy role as Project Manager in the Society is to lead and motivate my project teams to achieve the corporate objectives of Newcastle Strategic Solutions, client projects and any regulatory change requirements. My role is varied and involves delivering key IT, Business and regulatory change projects supported by a team of business analysts and a project support officer. My Key Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: - To lead the planning and implement of projects to support the businesses strategic objectives.- To deliver projects to time, cost and the quality expected by the Society and external clients. - To act as project manager for corporate projects - To ensure all projects are managed in line with the Societies project methodology and identify / develop and implement changes to the project management methodology - To facilitate the resolution of project issues - To identify and proactively manage risks / issues in accordance with the Societies Risk policy and procedure. Resolving or assisting with the resolution of project issues and or conflicts.- Stakeholder engagement both internally and externally with customers and clients.
