Perform defect tracking and reporting, N-tier web-based application testing, and hardware testing. Prepare test methodologies, procedures, and documentation. Work with business units on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all requirements met. Participate in release day planning and testing for each release to production. Supervised up to 5 staff members plus outside consultants. Carry out testing of large-scale application rewrites. Create documents for UA testing, help desk, and other QA personnel. Train and mentor new QA personnel.• Support 3 major and multiple minor releases per year plus various emergency projects.• Coordinated external regression testing of online services across multiple platforms. • Recognized for delivering 100% of projects on-time since 2009. • Member of high-visibility team that performed new server and code release testing and supported the enterprise disaster recovery initiative.
