Hi, I’m Mark—a counselor who’s as passionate about mental health as I am about a good cup of coffee (seriously, I never start my day without it). Through my own personal mental health journey, I was inspired to give the gift my previous counselor gave to me - teaching me that I am my best advocate and can be my own therapist. All in all, how we talk to ourselves matters. I’ve learned that the human spirit is incredibly resilient, and I’m here to help others tap into that strength.I work with teens, adults, and couples, guiding them through life’s ups and downs, from navigating anxiety and depression to overcoming post-traumatic stress, existential crisis, and addictive behaviors. I believe that therapy isn’t just about tackling problems; it’s about building a life you’re excited to live.
