Currently working in KPMG's Risk Management, Inspections group based in New York. In addition to participating as a senior member of the domestic inspections program, leads the team performing internal inspections for KPMG's Latin America member firms as well as providing oversite for inspections in a European country.After more than 30 years of providing a wide range of financial accounting services to companies in the Washington DC Metro Area, joined the Risk Management group in April 2019. Served a wide variety of clients in Technology, Media & Telecommunication industries with a focus on Media and Entertainment, Aerospace and Defense, Software, including SaaS, and Telecommunications. Former Market Leader for KPMG's Private Market Group initiative, including the Venture Capital Practice. Skill set includes working with emerging companies preparing for IPOs or other strategic growth or exit strategies, SEC registrants including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. Worked on numerous initial registrations including equity IPOs and registered debt issuance.Qualified IFRS partner with significant experience working with large global organizations and fast growing companies in emerging markets.
