At this Internship I worked in the local Enola help desk and performed many daily tasks done at a help desk. I worked with employees directly, setting up devices, imaging PCs, setting up Apple devices with company profiles/policies, and performing several hardware repairs on devices. I also worked on a few networking tasks, such as port mapping and cabling. I would also email, call, and chat with employees directly about their issues, using the Zendesk ticketing system.
