About Mark Chenoweth

After originally coming from a background in heavy construction management and consulting, I have performed thousands of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac property condition assessments and environmental phase 1 inspections on commercial properties and have expanded into virtual inspection protocols as well as high performance building inspections. Analyzing and solving complex issues and helping clients through the process successfully is something that is very rewarding as well as daily interaction with our staff and management team. I enjoy both the inspection and field process and am always eager to meet and discuss pertinent issues relating to multifamily and commercial properties. I also enjoy recruiting and training new talent through a combination of mentorship and hands on experience.
