A Shift Cargo Manager with the following attributes;1. Managing warehouse operations, cargo tracking and compliance covering dangerous goods regulations: Class 1, (ensuring compliance with FAA.ICAO, IATA and CAA directives in addition to ADR, IMDG and CFR49 regulations).2. Load planning both commercial and military air transport.3. RTITB Fork Lift Driver. 4. Weight and Balance.5. Managing the day to day administration of up to 25 personnel, which includes; a. Advising on training requirements, b. Compiling Mid-term and Annual Assessments, c. Managing Shift roster, making sure adequate cover is provided for periods of Sickness and Holiday. d.
