Throughout my career I have been involved in the creation of three different companies. Starting from the ground up has taught me so much about the ups and downs of business cycles. The pure grit and fortitude to see it through, from changing light bulbs to signing and delivering on multi million dollar contracts is something I could never forget. I have experience as a business owner, operations manager and a logistics coordinator. My emphasis has been in marketing, sales, inventory management, Retail management, inventory control, audits, RMA management and operations management. I have been a successful liaison between internal departments. I have provided a working environment that allows all employees to reach their full potential. I am accomplished in conflict resolution between employees and between internal departments. I have extensive experience in hiring new employees and providing them with a clear and concise career paths within the organizations. A large part of my career has focused on inventory & supply chain management, as well as managing my company’s logistics requirements. It’s this last portion of my career that I view as the most important. The ability to reduce production and or operation costs while lowering the cost of inventory, all the while delivering the product to customers in a cost efficient manner. This, I believe, has been my greatest contribution.
