Senior Instructional Designer, Training Facilitator
Current+ Work directly with leadership, stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning needs and expected outcomes+ Build learning strategies and blended learning approaches (instructor-led, eLearning, video, podcast, pdf) to support a learner-centric experience+ Develop innovative, varied and simplified solutions which enhance the learning process while maximizing the knowledge and skill acquisition+ Training facilitation and management+ Establish relevant and measurable goals and embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout learning solutions+ Drive strategy around learning and development next steps+ Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback and continually improve+ Manage multiple complex curricula development projects simultaneously
