Covering everything from initial contact of customer, through install, and follow up to ensure smooth implementation throughout entire process.-Install Vending units for new and existing customers, implement inventory plan, and train employees on proprietary software.-Conduct hardware/software break-fix for service area stretching PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA-maintained %100 onsite within 24 hours of dispatch and completing repair within 24 hours of arrival for my designated territory.
