My main focus of my role has been to take Blue Bear’s existing ground control system implementation and develop into a system that can support operating both groups of individual independent assets or allow collaborative behaviour to be easily selected and managed. As well as the GCS development I have helped design and implement the support systems needed.

Further developed our ExhibitaPro product to help maintain its lead in the market place as well as diversifying the product to help explore new business opportunities.Developed several prototype products using my existing skills as well as learning new skills to help the company move into new markets. Skills gained: JavaScript, JQuery, WebGL (GLGE).

Working in the outsource development team I was involved in the development of a number of projects for customers, generally in a hands on technical role.Skills Gained: C++ application and GUI development using MFC, Qt and stl. Java application and Java GUI (Swing), PostgreSQL, C# application and C# GUI (Winforms)

Worked on GUI system implementation for the Medusa CAD application port onto the Windows platform developed using C++ and GDIProduct Manager for Quintic's own product, a procedure management system written in Java using Swing for the application's GUI. C, C++ and Bacis developer working on several features of the Medusa CAD system including raster image backdrops and editing and the design and implementation of a new "modern" GUI system for the product. I helped to define the programming model that the developers would use to implement their user interfaces and ran training courses to impart that design.
