Lead Food Acquisitions and manage over accounts for large Southern California Food Rescue Nonprofit.● Network: Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the food industry, including restaurants, supermarkets, caterers, and food manufacturers. ● Communication: Effectively articulate our organization's mission, goals, and the impact of food donations on the local community. ● Research: Conduct thorough research on potential food donors to understand their surplus food patterns and operational schedules and pair them with potential food recipient non-profit agencies. ● Donor Needs: Listen carefully to potential donors for their needs and motivations.
