I have served in a variety of Accounting, Business Intelligence and Analyst rolesCurrently:• Responsible for the accounting for over 200 assets (>$300M in value) in six supporting organizations, including daily functions, month end processes and the annual audit• Continually improve the monthly reporting processes, internal controls, financial and statistical reporting and analysis (including accuracy, efficiency, and consistency)• Proactively recommend and initiate policies to better conform to GAAP• Participate in the development of the annual budget and forecast• Proactively communicate and train staff on software, efficient processes and proceduresNCF Accomplishments and tasks:• Participated in development of the annual budget and created the 3-year forecast• Created new and improved methodologies for forecasting and budgeting• Developed complex and in-depth financial, statistical, and costing analysis• Performed some controller responsibilities for dozens of LLCs • Assembled PowerPoint presentations for Board of Directors and other meetings• Produced various other special and ad-hoc reports as needed by CFO and others• Participated in SAP implementation process• Serve the IT department as the Accounting department’s Subject Matter Expert for ERP software and reporting processes• Consistently test and approve software upgrades and enhancements• Successfully completed a year-long reconciliation project resulting in corrected cash balances for over 1500 funds, corrected over $40 million in incorrect postings, resulting in savings of five percent of the entire budget in the first eighteen months
