The workforce is a sea of untapped talent. This valuable asset is collecting dust when employees are stuck in the mundane day-to-day tasks they call a job. Left on the shelf long enough, these employees will grow frustrated and leave in search of greener pastures. I believe many of them do not even know they have hidden talent nor understand why they are frustrated. Through training and education we can find and develop this talent. There is little to compare to the feeling of seeing someone’s eyes light up when they finally understand that truth or accomplish that task that has eluded them for years. That is what drives me, knowing that I have touched a life and made it just a little better. As long as we expect fish to climb trees we will always be disappointed, but when we help the fish find the stream, we will excel as it excels.
