Responsible for the overall management of IT service and support on 8 nuclear power stations, as well as providing overall IT service management and IT operations subject matter expertise for all end user service requirements across the generation business unit.Working closely with EDF UK Enterprise IT in managing the suppliers of contracted goods and services in order to underpin service level agreements.Helping to define and implement improvements to the overall IT Service Delivery function by working directly with Enterprise IT, partners and business.Managing and assuring the local implementation of all IT projects being delivered into the nuclear business.Close interaction with Incident, Problem and Change teams in response to immediate and emergent service issues.Responsible for ensuring that the IT services delivered to nuclear operations is safe, compliant and of an acceptable standard and quality.
