I have over 17 years’ experience in the property industry, managing the conception, procurement and delivery of a wide range of complex construction projects. I have proven success leading residential, commercial, arts, education and transport projects, working within a prescribed legislative framework, whilst sticking to rigid budgetary and programmatic constraints. I commenced my career as an Architect, where I gained extensive experience in consultant procurement, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and superintendent/ site supervision. Being well acquainted with the development process, with an enhanced ability to resolve complex issues in order to achieve optimal outcomes, I am able to easily transition between design management, construction procurement and contractual & financial management.I bring a lateral, creative approach to problem solving, whilst maintaining an objectively practical, commercially astute point of view and a strong attention to detail. Through my well-developed, effective communication skills, and an ability to quickly form strong relationships at all levels, I am able to provide proactive project management, strategic risk management advice and complex issue resolution to ensure functional deliverables are achieved.
