Manage a team that operate and maintain a single shaft 500MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (9H) and 33MW CHP plant in a safe, efficient and reliable manner, thus ensuring compliance with statutory engineering regulations, the station's environmental permit and business operating plan.

Managed a team of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls engineers to maintain the power plant in a safe and reliable manner. This included periods of normal operation, assessing and managing technical risk and maintenance outage management.

To plan the introduction of new engine types into the engine overhaul facility. This included organising fitter training, infrastructure assessment, specialist tooling requirements and sourcing. Assessments of the engine disassembly, cleaning, inspection, NDT, repair, assebly and test requirements.
