I have worked for Mace Group for the past four years, helping Clients with bespoke consultancy, programme and project management services. I specialise in pre-construction advice including feasibilityn studies, business cases and stakeholder engagement strategies for a range of Government and commercial clients. I am also a sector specialist Project Director for Justice and office fit-out projects in NSW.I have managed over 50 specialist property and infrastructure projects from high level strategic and organisation wide property strategies and portfolio analysis through to the development of funding strategies and business cases for individual infrastructure and construction projects. I was responsible for capital works programme management, asset planning and strategy development, successfully managing a number of significant pre-construction, accessibility, heritage management and audit projects. My project portfolio included project and programme management for pre-planning activities such as feasibility and business case phases, DDA and BCA audits and upgrades for various Courthouse developments across NSW. I also provided programme management for the annual capital works programme for DAGJ including pre-planning co-ordination (business cases), financial management, approval process & procurement management and reporting. I produced outstanding results through management and implementation of a number of pre-construction, feasibility and masterplanning projects resulting in successful funding of projects worth in excess of $300M.
