On joining Volantis, the brief was relatively simple, to turn around an ailing Professional Services divisionWithin 4 months of joining I also had Customer Support, Device Team and a newly created Custom Development unit as part of my remitI started with 19 employees and within 4 months I was at 50. My tenure at Volantis was successful with a 30% growth in revenues

Managed all aspects of the important Vodafone services account for OpenwaveReporting into VP PS Global, the services account was worth circa $20m annually. Small team of Project Managers were in my team and customer satisfaction improved by 25% in my tenure
