Responsible for the day to day running of the firm, including production of management accounts, compliance with Lexcel Quality Standard, Anti Money Laundering, Compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules, Maintaining IT systems, IT support to staff, Planning and implementation of IT upgrades, Sourcing of all IT equipment, Negotiating with supplier, Complaints resolution, HR, Payroll, Heath and Safety, Preparation and submission of Professional Indemnity Insurance renewal, Preparation and submission of individual practising certificate renewals.

Advising clients of IT, Account systems, Payroll. Preparation of Cashflow forecasts, Management Accounts, writing of Excel Models for in-house and client use, some still being used today. ERP specification and implementation, Accounts systems troubleshooting. Data extraction and manipulation.
