Subsea Systems Team Lead assigned to multiple clients as a subsea hardware lead working on multiple projects. My team consists of highly motivated personnel with varying, diverse engineering backgrounds and experiences. Hardware includes valves, hubs, connectors, chokes, PLETs, PLEMs, manifolds, trees, pressure caps, etc. for both production and export systems. Project scope covers initial bid with budget, project estimation, allocation of team members and schedule; through completion with as-built data and data book reviews for project closeout.

Member of global Well Completion Systems (WCS) with a focus on trees (EHXT and EVDT) and tree related equipment. Member of the team that developed the EVDT system for Perdido, Gumusut and BC-10. Subject Matter Expert for Subsea Hydraulic and Compensation systems; Global Product Responsible Engineer for 12+ hydraulic products. Was a team member within the Product Management and Core Technology Groups. Responsible for ensuring the hydraulics on FMC Subsea Trees and other products met global and industry standards through the use of developed practices and in the use of standardized products. Was one of two team leads within the FMC Hydraulics Team Globally responsible for setting standards within the company. Was responsible for training the organization on hydraulics through FMCs Knowledge Management System and by traveling to all WCS locations. Developed with the IVE Team the CNC Tubing Innovation program to fully support quality standard requirements, modular build program, etc. for which I received a Quality Award within FMC. Developed standardized subsea products with suppliers such as couplings from Hunting (National), small bore valves from Oliver and Butech, hot stabs and receptacles, etc. Also performed audits for Hydraulic cleanliness and of tube mills to standardize the tubing used within FMC. Worked with Global Supply chain for Core Hydraulic Products used globally to better leverage suppliers, improve quality, etc. Received Quality award in 2011 for demonstrating the five absolutes of quality. Member of the API RP 17H work group.

Lead BOP Engineer for Varco's/NOV's Pressure Control Group responsible for fulfilling sales orders and in expansion of the spherical and ram product lines. Main areas of focus were the spherical and 13" and 18" NXT ram BOP's. Experience included review of customer specifications and sales orders, selection and configuring single, double and triple BOPs to meet sales orders, responsible for support of spherical and rotating BOPs, qualification and testing to meet API requirements, manufacturing support, etc. Design of operators and BOPs with the use of ProE, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MathCad, etc.

Supported six (6) state region in fluid power applications; in some cases travelling with the sales team to visit clients, demonstrate products and to assist in finding solutions to their applications. Completed two (2) Womack Fluid Power classes in support of hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
