I managed the design, displays and fit-out of the showrooms, to create a customer orientated design studio experience. Over the four years I managed specialist installation teams. Within the Wood and Stone team I managed and was responsible for conducting surveys and producing quotations for clients. I utilised my contacts with specialist suppliers, gained from my many years in the industry, and subsequently developed in-house branded flooring ranges for both design studios.
