I managed the design, displays and fit-out of the showrooms, to create a customer orientated design studio experience. Over the four years I managed specialist installation teams. Within the Wood and Stone team I managed and was responsible for conducting surveys and producing quotations for clients. I utilised my contacts with specialist suppliers, gained from my many years in the industry, and subsequently developed in-house branded flooring ranges for both design studios. I was also responsible for content creation for marketing campaigns and staff training. I compiled “industry roundups” which entailed gathering information on competitors, industry news and looking at market trends.
