Mark has, at one time or another, been Chief Architect, CTO, ICT Facilitator, Section Head, Project Manager or Business Analyst and has been involved in solution conception & oversight, solution development, team mentoring, and strategic internal (and customer enterprise) service delivery architectures for more than 25 years. He has developed frameworks and solutions within a diverse set of industry verticals and government departments and worked with a broad spectrum of enabling frameworks – delivering solutions for eHealth Record distribution, TeleHealth services, Classroom Management, Student Collaboration frameworks, Enterprise Collaboration services, Virtual Shopping, Multimedia Content Distribution, enterprise work-force management, telecommunications network management and electricity grid optimisation.He has performed architecture and project oversight, audited solutions & technology offerings against stated requirements or fit-for-purpose criteria, mentored development groups in the adoption of new development practices (e.g. Agile, SOA, MDD/MDA, J2EE, etc.), acted as advisor to international research centres and managed stakeholder engagement to elicit requirements and manage delivery expectations.
