As the company passes through a re-design to its data lifecycle, I’m heavily involved in multiple projects that span the data journey. I frequently liaise with internal and external stakeholders to spec out reporting requirements. Being able to see data from the perspective of its end-users, significantly increases the efficacy of my analysis when delivering bespoke report outputs, while additionally lending further value to my projects with our Data Engineers. My wholistic participation in the data-lifecycle, from inception to consumption, enables me to translate business requirements into clear and actionable dashboards that provide insight into operational performance; leveraging data to drive strategic direction.

I positively impact the efficiency of business processes and operations, which has ultimately driven company value for our clients, resulting in a measured increase in revenue generation, greater profits, and wider profit margins. I bring to forefront the business’ strengths, while exposing and identifying unseen areas of weakness.I increase the functionality and interactivity of Excel reports using VBA and creative spreadsheet formulae. I have lead multiple projects, adopting creative solutions in skilled data extraction and manipulation techniques via SQL and R, to produce dynamic reports that optimise work processes for staff, and deliver potent insights into various areas of the business.I create dynamic data visualisations in QlikSense that effectively convey complex data, and bridge gaps between underperforming KPI’s and business demographics.

I prepare, analyse, monitor and submit nationally commissioned reports to NHS England and NHS Improvement, at a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency.Using SQL, I delivered several ad-hoc report queries to different departments, and handled hundreds of 'Freedom of Information' external requests.I used Qlikview to develop live dashboards. Providing real-time snapshots of data, telling vivid stories of key information on service performance, at department, hospital and trust level. Equipped with various filters, data prompts/triggers, to further aid user needs and experience. Extremely beneficial to clinicians, department and back-office staff alike.I draw conclusions from data, expose trends and formulate action plans for clinical progression.
