Mark currently is the director and owner of AHP Dental and Medical Pty Ltd. AHP supplies a wide range of leading global supply brands across the dental and medical market. AHP has over the last 10 years become a well known brand supplying Australian healthcare professionals with quality products at competitive prices. Before AHP, Mark was a leading independent investment banker with extensive working experience across the investment banking, corporate debt and private equity sectors.Mark is also currently Managing Director of Mustang Capital Pty Ltd, a company he established. Prior to setting up Mustang Capital, Mark was at Investec Australia for more than 16 years where he focused primarily on corporate debt and private equity.During his time at Investec, Mark was Head of Investec Direct Investments where he led a partnership with Global Capital Holdings Australia, a principal investment firm to seek out investment opportunities to assist growing businesses. Mark also headed Investec’s Growth and Acquisition Finance division in Australia. That business focused on providing integrated debt and equity funding solutions to assist high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, management teams, business owners and private equity houses implement their acquisition and organic growth strategies. Prior to joining Investec, Mark established and led the professional finance division of ANZ Private Bank. Mark also had nine years’ international experience as a chartered accountant, two years of which was as a partner of Saidman Levy and Associates, a boutique accounting firm in Sydney as well as diverse chartered accounting experience in firms in South Africa and London.Mark was a Director of Investec Experien Pty Ltd (now BOQ Specialist Finance), Investec’s professional finance business which focussed on providing finance to the medical, dental and accounting market in Australia.
