Current• Key protagonist in developing the Capital Projects team into a professional and cohesive delivery machine with robust governance, disciplines and fresh ways of working. • Established the team PMO. Developed disciplined project and programme governance along with best practice. As PMO lead I continue to drive excellence with Kaizen Ethos.• Manage the day to day operation of the Capital Projects team delivering a varied portfolio of construction, M&E and backlog schemes on behalf of the Trust.• Implemented “building bridges” to bring the Estates together where we all now work in a team focussed collaborative fashion. This has broken down significant cultural barriers and altered the mindset. • Changed the culture of our team by driving stakeholder engagement and inclusion hard into the process.• Raised our profile and awareness of what we do and how we deliver our projects in support of the Trust.• Identify, mentor and coach members of the team including graduates for the longer term. • Improved my personal knowledge base for Construction, M&E, Medical Gas and Compliance. As a result, I am now able to challenge others with a certain degree of technical knowledge.• Strategic planning and programming of current FY projects along with the 5-year Capital plan.• Deputising for Associate Director as and when required at all required levels.
