Serving as Nike Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Marketplace Supply Chain Strategy & Capabilities Director, I lead the high-performing Marketplace Supply Chain Business Product Management Team, delivering solutions across Operations, Technology, and Analytics capabilities for Nike's high-growth Asia Pacific Latin America geography. Mark's role serves as the direct conduit into APLA territories, ensuring local consumer insights are leveraged to sharpen Nike’s capabilities as a best-in-class omni-channel marketplace supply chain retailer.Mark also led value delivery across all aspects of the Connected Product (RFID) Program for APLA, including Nike Direct store activation leading to enhanced consumer experience, Retail Partner technology adoption, enabling marketplace management innovation, and operational and technology capabilities that drive long-term sustainability and business value.

As Nike Global Leader - Connected Product, I led a cross-functional team developing Nike's inventory excellence (RFID) business case and strategy. The team facilitated C-level investment approval and activated enterprise RFID capabilities including source tagging at factory, Nike Direct retail store network operations, and technical solutions to enable end-to-end leverage across the supply chain while elevating authentication tracking capabilities.

As Nike Supply Chain Procurement Leader, I led Nike Global Supply Chain Procurement team to develop and deliver value through the elevated Nike Strategic Supply Chain Sourcing and Value Delivery Framework. Additionally, our team created strategic vendor partnerships with Logistics Service Providers delivering supply chain innovation and Nike leverage still driving economic value for Nike and Partners today.

Nike+ Digital Sport is an ecosystem of entrepreneurial and dynamic leadership that leverages Nike Brand and Operations capacity to generate and accelerate Access to Sport for everyone. In this role I led operations management from global factory through distribution to consumer, including reverse logistics strategy for Nike+ Digital Sport products (e.g. FuelBand; SportWatch). Additionally, I led in-market Product recertification and (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) FMEA-to-Engineering Product Management.

Diverse role from creating holistic account and channel operations strategy, to operations leading 2012 London Olympics operations execution - much fun and learning!
