My key skills are in leading and growing teams to achieve their goals and those of the organisation. Over the past ten years I have assumed roles of increasing responsibility including business P&L management culmintaing in my current role. These roles have required me to work across all sales and operational disciplines of the organisation. My roles have also enabled me to gain experience in enterprise bargaining, selection and training of new employees and the coaching, mentoring and the performance management of existing teams. I have responsiblility for the safety, business and ethical compliance and employee engagement for 70+ employees across Western Australia and South Australia. I have been involved in multiple global business programs. Several of these have culminated in the implementation of a new Global service delivery model post being the Australasian lead for successful pilot program and the implementation of new contract tiers to provide improved customer satisfaction. My strong leadership capabilities and style have enabled the teams I lead to strive for and achieve significant sales and revenue growth.
