Responsibilities Included: -• Review best in class repair processes between UK, Ireland, Holland & Poland for centralised implementation• Set up of Flat Panel Monitor process in Holland within budget and required timeframes• Transfer Flat Panel Monitor process to Poland within budget and required timeframes• Set up and management of team for Return Material Authorisation (RMA) process for LCD’s & PCB’s in Holland and Poland• LCD process layout and material flow and control• Reduction of process variance using Six Sigma practices• Training development / education and support for LCD repair• Analysis of fault yields and capacity planning• Development of product fault code structure and implementation

Responsible For: -• Process layouts, flow and optimisation• Business standardisation between UK & USA regarding equipment, processes and documentation• Complete business process mapping for new business management system (Oracle)• Co-ordination of Engineering Change Notes (ECN’s) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR’s)• Introduction into Six Sigma and introduction of policies and principles• Liaising with OEM’s regarding product issues and introductions• BOM sourcing, creation and administration• Development of Work Instruction layouts and standards• Training development / education and support• Ergonomic review & implementation• Time and motion studies for process optimisation
