Eind verantwoording voor het naleven van de GMP en GGO Inperking regelgeving.Verantwoordelijk voor de overall materiaal Logistiek en Magazijnbeheer.Verantwoordelijk voor budget en headcount.

Activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden :Verantwoordelijk voor de proces ontwikkeling en productie van biofarmaceutica door middel van Fermentatie (bacterieel) & Primary Recovery (centrifugatie, homogenisatie & filtratie) Werving, training en supervisie van a productie team bestaande uit Supervisors (5) en Operators (15). Activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden :Significante contributie aan het design en engineering van een 1500 L schaal Productie Plant voor Fermentatie en Primary Recovery (Filtratie, Homogenisatie, Centrifugatie) met een hoge mate van automatisering. Volledige validatie op FDA niveau.Verantwoordelijk voor Fermentatie & Primary Recovery voor de productie van biofarmaceutica onder cGMP. Supervisie over Supervisors (3) en Operators (6).

Activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden :Start-up van een Fermentatie Pilot Plant voor de ontwikkeling en productie van biofarmaceutica mbv rDNA containing micro-organismen volgens cGMP richtlijnen. De Pilot Plant bestond uit verschillende Fermentoren (20/300 l) en verschillende Filtratie, Homogenisatie en Centrifugatie apparatuur. De start-up omvatte de aanschaf van apparatuur, schrijven van de documentatie en de validatie van apparatuur en processen. Proces ontwikkeling en productie van biofarmaceutica (therapeutica en vaccins) voor derden. Supervisie over technicians (4).

Activiteiten :Monoclonale antibody productie mbv perfusie fermentatie (4-50 l), Filtratie en Purificatie. Rabiës en Polio vaccine productie mbv primary cellijnen.
