I had three major responsibilities: liaising with the prime contractor to design and deliver the brand new bespoke training complex; manage the purchase and fitting of all equipment and establish suppliers and contracts at the new complex; lead the training team in establishing initial delivery whilst simultaneously drawing down and closing the old site with minimal disturbance to continuing training.
