Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is the oldest intercollegiate historically African American fraternity. It was initially a literary and social studies club organized in the 1905–1906 school year at Cornell University but later evolved into a fraternity with a founding date of December 4, 1906.

As a Tutoring Coordinator for Discrete Math Structures at UTSA, I played a pivotal role in facilitating students' understanding of complex mathematical concepts. My responsibilities included conducting tutorial sessions, grading assignments, and providing one-on-one guidance to students. This experience strengthened my communication and instructional skills while fostering a deeper appreciation for the importance of mathematics in computer science education.

As an IT intern at Noblis, I had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology. This opportunity allowed me to support the team in troubleshooting technical issues, deploying software solutions, and contributing to the maintenance of a secure and efficient IT environment. During my internship, I expanded my technical skills and contributed to the overall success of Noblis in delivering innovative IT solutions.

I had the opportunity to complete a Summer Associate Internship as a Security Governance & Risk Reporting Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, VA, from May to July 2021. During my time there, I worked on improving information security and reducing enterprise risk by analyzing and optimizing reporting procedures. My qualifications include a background in risk management and data science, and I'm familiar with data visualization. My strong PowerPoint design skills also came in handy during my 12-week internship, which provided valuable experience in the field of cybersecurity.
