Technical Account Manager
Current- Dedicated to the technical relationship with Starbucks, on-site part time:
- A key partner to business and IT stakeholders.
- Leads technical reviews and provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements.
- Provides proactive communications about upcoming releases and service disruptions. Demos unused or upcoming capabilities/functionality.
- Participates in issues and act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates on new opportunities for the client to get value from the SessionM platform.
