I worked on UK Home Office contracts, deporting and removing both individuals and families from the UK whom the Home office had decided had no legal right to remain. During this time I was employed as a Home Office contractor, employed by a number of different organizations, G4S, Reliance, Capita, and Mitie Care and Custody.I worked in both a operational, training and management roles during my 16 years of employment. During this period I trained and worked within College of Policing and Prison service guidelines in particular in relation to escorting prisoners on aircraft.
