From skip tracing through post-recovery remarketing, Mark has been instrumental in collaborative team building while being actively involved in systems development and API interfaces A native of California, Mark has also acquired over 20 years of Accounts Receivable Management experience primarily dealing with first party credit grantors and large national debt buyers. Having spent many of those years as a collector and Recovery Manager, Mark was instrumental in developing a program to shift consumer sentiment and the ‘old-school’ industry image to a collection style and management practice that promotes fairness and equality. The CARE program (Concern, Awareness, Respect, Education) has been the cornerstone on which solid competent collection practices have been built. The program has consistently delivered top-tier performance while always being mindful of brand protection and customer retention for all clients. Mark is a seasoned executive with experience handling operations and business development and has been a leading voice in all matters regarding compliance and regulatory changes in a complex and ever changing landscape. Prior to joining Terrill Outsourcing Group Mark held the role of Vice President of Operations at The Law Offices of Michael K Sipes. Before joining Sipes, Mark spent 18 years with Client Services Inc where he last held the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations and was responsible for oversight of all daily operations.
