San Tan Valley Advisory Council was formed to be a conduit between the unincorporated San Tan Valley area of Arizona and the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The high population density of STV has the needs of an incorporated city, however as it is unincorporated there is no local government. The Council was created by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors to represent the STV area to the BOS.

After nearly 30 years of desert racing together, we are now focused on just a couple projects per year. The Lemons Rally being our current favorite. 1500 miles in 5 days driving whatever barely-running duct-taped, bailing-wired together car. Besides the rally events, I'm also working several custom automotive projects. Currently these include a restomod on my 1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer and a Cummins engine swap on my 87 Chevrolet R30 pickup. The team has been together for nearly 30 years. In that time, we have won countless races, several class championships, and an overall series championship. Responsible for the health and well-being of our Sage500 ERP and all integrated services and systems. With processing several thousand A/R and A/P transactions per day, our focus is on automation and electronic processing of as many of the transactions as possible. GTZ is on track to break $2B in sales this year. I oversee all aspects of ERP and inbound and outbound data streams, SQL server, and VM hosts, as well as managing our move of all systems to Azure.I also served as the technical lead on their Oracle ERP deployment and was responsible for the design and creation of more than 25 integration points between ERP and other systems.

QCUSD Governing Board member. I was elected to serve for 2015 and 2016 calendar years. The role of the Governing Board is to set policy for the school district.

Performance Solutions provides financial consulting services in the areas of accounting system support and departmental policies and practices.• Serve as interim Controller/CFO for a number of my clients and assist with strategic planning and overall policy and procedure development. • Work on a contract basis with several software resellers to provide ERP implementation services and on-going support.

This was a short term assignment to assist in developing new departmental policies and procedures to allow the Finance Department to better handle the growth of the business. Using my MAS 90 expertise, I automated many of their manual processes and helped them to better utilize the software and other tools available to them.• Managed a staff of 3 in the Phoenix and Malaysia offices. • Reduced AP processing time by 60%. • Reduced payroll processing time by 50%. • Developed reports for Sales, Marketing and Operations departments which saved them a combined 10 hours/week of processing time. • Negotiated with banks for new line of credit and credit card processing services. • Cut staff workload by 15-20% by developing tools and revising procedures.
