Participate in meetings with Clients and internal meetings whenever required, recording and circulating minutes of meeting.· Assisting the Planning Engineer by coordinating with site supervisors and sub-contractors on progress matters and prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Report. Helping to prepare Field Installation Work Package to submit to client before commencing any site activities and sending daily work permit summary to Client.· Assisting Project Manager in day to day job to ensure all projective team have smooth project execution.· Act as a Material Controller by handling Material Take Off list (MTO) and all procurement and delivery process for the materials needed on site and maintaining proper inventory.
