As an Organ Health Specialist, my role is to educate, provide clinical support, and drive growth for two of Natera’s genetic tests. Call points are transplant centers, community nephrology clinics, and dialysis centers.• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮™ utilizes donor-derived cell-free DNA for transplant rejection assessment.• 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁™ is a broad based renal genetics test for individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

After Myriad acquired Counsyl Genetics, beginning in January 2019, I also had responsibility for prenatal genetic testing in addition to hereditary cancer testing. Non-Invasive Prenatal Screening (NIPS) and Carrier Screening call points include OBGYN, MFM, IVF/REI and genetic counselors.

As an Account Executive, my main responsibility has been to increase the number of diagnostic test samples sent to Myriad. I have accomplished this by helping providers identify their at-risk patient populations. As a partner to my clinics, I've assisted in implementing hereditary cancer risk protocols in their offices. While my main call point has been in OBGYN, I have experience calling on GI clinics, IVF, and breast imaging centers.The two main cancer syndromes that I educate clinics on are Hereditary Breast & Ovarian Cancer (HBOC) Syndrome and Lynch Syndrome.

As a Pediatric IS, I called on pediatricians and helped them with their immunization schedules. Additionally, I would partner with the providers and practice managers on negotiating the many vaccine company contracts to ensure cost savings and efficiencies.

The physicians I called on were in the cardiology and endocrinology specialties. I promoted a drug for CHF, Post MI, and Hypertension to the cardiologists. I also promoted drugs for T2DM. Part of my job as a Specialty Rep included calling on the CV Units within hospitals to help them implement standing orders and discharge orders for my product.
