    Software Release Manager
    Exor 2007 - 2010

I led a growing team for 12 months introducing process controls to ensure smarter working. Subsequently approached to pick up responsibility for the systems administration team and facilities management for the office. Step changes in operational structure saw me take on the role of Release Manager, with responsibility for functional, integration and regression testing of code, as well as QA for documentation before final release of code or fixes. I was made responsible for HR issues across patch and asked to standardise job descriptions and pay hierarchy. Part of a larger team planning and executing an office move, premises were taken on and remodelled to create a flagship office where customer training could be carried out. Finally accepting the role of de facto office manager with responsibility for facilities, network communication and liaison with building management.
