I've spent over 25 years working with performers in the highest pressure environments develop the mental toughness to be at their best regardless of the adversity they are facing.There are 2 keys to the work I do. The first is using data to figure out what makes somebody "tick." The second is rapidly developing an understanding of the psychological demands of any battlefield. Comparing the psychological profile of the person with the profile of his or her performance environment is the foundation for building the kind of mental toughness necessary to get the job done under the most difficult circumstances.I've applied this approach with individuals, Teams, and organizations in a wide variety of performance realms.
