The main purpose of my role at FOWi was to increase visability and activity on their Futures & Options website. This would be done on an initial trial basis. I had to pitch to key decision makers of companies, so preparing pitches was essential. Explaining the benefits of the product opened various doors to enable key relationships for the Senior Account Manager and for me to close subscriptions. My target for intial trials was 60 of which I opened 84

Sales on new projects, overseeing projects undertaken by contractor to ensure work carried out efficiently and correctly, sourcing & order of materials, adhering to tight deadlines, managing contingency plans where neccessary, dealing with clients, managing enquires and complaints

Develop exiting client accounts and bringing new business, advising on treasury deposits to increase capital growth, monitoring accounts daily for any clients gone over agreed credit, liaising with lending regarding clients requests of loans or deeds regarding purchases, dealing with all client enquires and ensuring trgets are reached

Dealing with employee queries regarding their expenses, providing payment and invoice breakdowns to suppliers, liasing with payments regarding missing invoices and payment, attending weekly meetings with management to advise on workloads, service levels, surveys and improvements to CBS service centre

Attending daily meeting with both management and clients, prospecting (cold calling), researching individual client needs in order to maximise sales and potential earnings for the branch, carrying personal reviews with customers, helping out in branch with customer enquires.

Dedicated point of contact for 20 companies, responsible for RBS Executives corporate cards, Ensuring new applications were processed by the accounts team in a timely manner, dealing with all client enquires, Enrolling/teaching clients how to use Cards Online website and its specific tools, dealing with TBR issues, Client Visits and other Adhoc duties

Sending out declaration letters, working with customers and internal departments to resolve unrecognised transactions and analyse customers patterns of spending

Balace Enquires, pin requests, balance transfers, set up of accounts, arranging for courier of cards and statement requests
