Responsible for overseeing 2 distribution center activities for receiving inspection and coordinating the activities required to meet the quality standards in regards to 2 of the Visual Comfort Brands: Generation Lighting and Monte Carlo product lines. This includes monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing and analyzing data, and measuring against set standards. Engage in defect reduction, continuous improvement, development of processes, product inspection and hold, as well as closed loop corrective action. Direct customer and supplier interaction to secure constant customer satisfaction.
