Over system performance of the DAS at Bryant-Denny Stadium

Monitor traffic on both voice and data on the 3G and 4G network. Request additional capacity where and when needed. Data fill cell sites and make RF performance changes and/or upgrades as needed.Collect hourly and daily service measurements to optimize the network. Troubleshoot and resolves customer issues through a network trouble ticket system. Identify areas of high drop calls, interference, and work towards a plan with RF engineers to resolve them with the aid of spectrum analyzers, pilot scanners, windcatcher, Invex, and JDSU for drive test review. I work with both sales and marketing to put together areas of greatest impact/concerns of coverage within our area. Oversaw the installation and monitoring of a DAS at a major SEC university stadium. I have worked on both Nortel and ALU systems from AMPS, CDMA, 3G, and 4G networks. I work closely with RF engineers to help design new sites from antenna heights, antenna types, downtilts, azimuths, attenuation/gain, and power settings to achieve the desired objectives in an area.
